**Well established legal firm seeks to employ an IP Secretary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Administering and organizing a trade mark prosecution practice - opening and preparing client files, capturing data and updating online records; reporting; following up
- Preparing accounts for clients and prompt time capturing; follow up payments of debtors.
- Assisting with general ad hoc tasks related to the practice
- Dictaphone and copy typing of a wide variety of documents
- General Secretarial functions

**Requirements**:

- Matric Essential
- Secretarial diploma/ legal secretary/paralegal qualification advantageous
- 5 years+ Secretarial experience essential
- Full working knowledge of all MS packages
- Working knowledge of CMS and iManage Work an advantage
- Intellectual Property Secretarial experience an advantage; working knowledge of Inprotech or IP management system an advantage

**Salary**: R21,000.00 - R23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
