IT Technician

Our client's in-house tech team is growing

Reporting to the IT Manager, this is a great career opportunity for a qualified junior IT Technician.

**Requirements**:

- An A+ or N+ Certificate (or similar) will be essential
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Must be a problem solver and pay attention to details
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Hands-on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
- Knowledge of security and data privacy principles will be advantageous but not essential
- Must be able to cope with pressure situations
- Experience with online platforms such as Office 365 will be advantageous but not essential
- Must be able to follow instructions and report on tasks from beginning to completion.
