Merchandiser/field Marketer

**The field merchandiser will have two defined roles which they need to fulfill in this position**
**1.** **Merchandising / Category Management**
**2.** **Customer training (product training and category management training)**
- Ensure that each store is merchandised according to the allocated POG
- Maintains call schedule and reviews priorities with manager: discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, price changes, POG implementations etc.
- Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, HOD’s, receiving managers and or other decision makers
- Analyse sales reports at store level and ensures that inventory is maintained by either restocking shelves with product from inventory or prompting decision makers to reorder when levels appear low
- Seeking solutions; responding to special requests; describing product features etc
- Arranging returns of credit for damaged and or slow-moving stock. (collecting stock from stores in person with all relevant paperwork)
- Completes call reports as per the requirements of his manager (Skynamo)
- Enhances merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Must be fluent in English,
- Have a valid driver's license,
- Must be punctual and able to work quickly, efficiently and under pressure,
- Must be neat and presentable and **must be from Tzaneen**
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Limburg, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
