Mvula Enforcement Services is looking for a reliable and vigilant Security Bouncer to maintain safety and order at designated premises, ensuring the security of patrons and staff. The Security Bouncer will manage crowd control, screen incoming individuals, and respond to security incidents swiftly and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify identification and manage access to the premises.
- Monitor guest behaviour and intervene when necessary to prevent or de-escalate conflicts.
- Perform regular perimeter checks and ensure secure surroundings.
- Handle unruly guests or incidents following company protocols.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when needed.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanour while prioritizing safety.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- **Experience**: At least 2-4 years in security, crowd control, or a similar role.
- **Physical Fitness**: Able to stand for extended periods and manage physically demanding tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills; able to de-escalate situations calmly and effectively.
- **Observation Skills**: Keen attention to detail to identify potential threats early.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Experience in handling and resolving disputes.
- **Certification**: Valid security or bouncer certification (PSIRA Registration preferred).
- **Availability**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Background Check**: Clean criminal record and clearance for security work.
