**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data Management: Utilize Windeed and Lightstone to gather, organize, and maintain accurate property information for auction listings.
2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the auction team, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
3. Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination of property-related activities.
4. Research: Conduct property market research to assist in the preparation of marketing materials and auction strategies.
5. Documentation: Assist in the preparation and distribution of auction documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
6. Auction Support: Support the auction team during events, ensuring logístical coordination and providing assistance as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**

**1. Educational Background**: Minimum of a high school diploma; relevant coursework or a degree in real estate or a related field is a plus.

**2. Experience**: Prior experience in administrative roles, especially in the real estate sector, is advantageous. Familiarity with Windeed and Lightstone is a must.

**3. Technology Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with property data management tools.

**4. Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

**5. Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in property data management.

**6. Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
