A position for a cleaning and waiter supervisor has become available in a multi-service organization.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Invoicing and admin
- Managing team roster
- Capturing employee hours and submitting to payroll.
- Checking dummy payslips are all accurate
- Deductions/AOD
- Weekly reporting
- Monthly linen stocktake
- White glove check
- Leave planning and management
- Laundry delivery and collection
- Recruitment and training of new hires
- Planning and coordinating staff for functions
- Request payment for casual employees
- Handling all employee-related issues
- Disciplinary
**SKILLS Required**:
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Managing a team
- Strong work ethic
- Punctuality and time management skills
- Professionalism and positive attitude
- Organizational abilities
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 07h00 - 16h00
**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month
