We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Seasonal Full-Time Hostess to join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

**Job Overview**:
The Seasonal Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and floor plans, and ensuring that each guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service. This full-time, seasonal role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins, efficiently seating guests according to their preferences and availability.
- Oversee and manage the floor plan to optimise seating arrangements and ensure a smooth flow of guests.
- Maintain an organised and welcoming front-of-house area, including the host stand and waiting areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Assist in managing wait times and coordinate with service staff to ensure timely seating.
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed, including managing phone calls and assisting with special requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience or familiarity with managing floor plans and seating arrangements is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm under stress.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
