**Job Purpose**:
Qualifications & Experience**:
Senior certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent Valid Code 08 Drivers License ±2 years in Automotive Manufacturing Industry Expereince in Quality Control**
Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Satisfaction: Customer orientated and ensure all customer requests are delt with as per SOP Operations: Execute system transaction accordingly and within the KPI parameters and handling procedure Ensuring that no units is moved without the correct procedures Reporting of incorrect instructions received Maintain a high state of cleanliness in and around the vehicle ISO: Ensure processes and procedures are followed as per the customer expectation Adheres to all BidvestIL policies and procedures SHE: Reporting of any incident as and when it happens Ensure compliance to correct PPE at all times Ensuring compliance to SHE procedures and standards 5S: Ensuring the maintaining of 5S in areas of responsibility General: Immediately report any irregularities to his superiors Need to work extended hours when required Be creatively involved in blue area discussions Assist the Supervisor where and when required Physical aspects: Constant hand and finger dexterity, Frequent grasping and manipulation, Constant hand and eye co-ordination, Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, stooping, reaching above and below waist, Ability to pick up heavy objects, Good vision
