In need of a Creditors clerk : Accounts Payable
- Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders, credit notes on Sage 200 Evolution Explorer
- Matching and linking invoices and purchase orders on the system
- Follow up on credit notes
- Ensure all statements in received before month -end
- Matching invoices to the supplier statement before preparing for payment - (30 day & COD)
- Reconciliation of monthly accounts
- Prepare remuneration list on excel spreadsheet
- Record all cash slips in the cashbook
- Ordering of stock and stationary
- Check monthly age analysis
- Allocation of payments
- Filing and Adhoc duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sage 200 Evolution Explorer: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Maitland, Western Cape (required)
