Construction Planner

The Construction Planner will report to the Senior Project Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed construction schedules for projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize resource allocation and procurement timelines.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and propose strategies.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, update schedules, and communicate with Project & Construction Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Provide regular progress reports to management and clients, highlighting achievements and addressing any deviations from the schedule.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and enhance project efficiency.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Qualification in project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction planning.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera 6 or Microsoft Projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
