Perform troubleshooting through analyzing and diagnostic techniques
- Provide customer support on all queries
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the internal team and adhere to the defined internal procedures
- Strong skills and knowledge with regards to technical fault finding and IT skills will be advantageous
- Hardware setup and maintenance
- Work with programmers, engineers, and management teams to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications.

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical & repair skills.
- Technical proficiency regarding Google G-suite packages.
- Experience in handling electronic repairs and using electronic test equipment
- Certifications in A+, N+, N6 or National Diploma
- Problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- 3+ years Proven experience as IT or Technical support or relevant position
- Team-working skills
- Excellent verbal and Written communication skills essential
- Drivers license and own transport
- Fare collection or bus industry & IT skills experience will be advantageous
