We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation ,closing skills and objection handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the solar industry is an advantage but not mandatory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exposure to CRM tools
- Exceptional pipeline management
- Active on community social platforms

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month
