In this role you will ensure that debt is collected. Ensure that queries on different accounts are solved as soon as possible. Share and gather information pertaining to queries from internal and external customers. Consolidate information regarding invoice and delivery of product to national account customers timeously and accurately.

Key performance areas include:

- Accurate and timeous consolidation and matching of information
- Accurate and timeous preparation of documentation for credit controller
- Customer relationships
- Attending to internal queries
- Attending to external queries
- SHEQ Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education
- Grade 12/ Matric certificate
- 3-5 years National account claims and exposure (National account will be specified e.g. Shoprite/ Pick ‘n Pay etc)
- 3-5 years customer service experience
- Must have an aptitude for learning
- Valid driver’s license
