**Purpose of role**

Responsible for daily capturing and reconciliation of supplier invoices.

**Responsibilities**
- **Administration & Finance**_
- Accurate Data capturing of supplier invoices
- Account reconciliation of suppliers accounts
- Cashbook capturing
- Payment allocations
- Assist with payroll capturing of employee timesheets

**Qualifications/skills**
- 100% Reliable + Trustworthy
- Organized and punctual
- Driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with technology
- MUST have SAGE accounting experience & knowledge

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years experience as a junior accounting clerk

**Qualities**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: R7,000.00 per month
