IT Manager

Location: Rossburgh, Durban

**Job Type**: Permanent

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
- Proven IT management experience and a track record of successful technology leadership.
- Strong expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and lead a team effectively.
- IT certifications (CompTIA, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute IT strategies that support our business objectives and growth plans.

2. Team Management: Lead and mentor our IT team to create a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

3. Infrastructure Stewardship: Oversee our IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and performance of all systems and platforms.

4. Cybersecurity and Data Protection: Champion our cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans to safeguard company assets.

5. Vendor and Budget Management: Collaborate with vendors and manage the IT budget, optimizing investments.

6. User Support: Provide technical support and develop IT policies for our employees.

7. Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to successful completion ie upgrade network infrastructure
