The Role: You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that our client’s agents are fully compliant with relevant legislation about online investing and trading - this will include monitoring the sales and retention/customer support teams to ensure processes are followed and revise procedures if and when legislation is updated/amended.

Key Deliverables & Outputs:

- Monitor and supervise control systems
- Create a strategy for preventing violations of legal rules and internal policies guidelines
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls
- Identify risks or non-conformity issues
- Design, improve and implement productive and efficient company policies
- Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with the HR department
- Improve current strategies if necessary
- Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically
- Supervise and oversee the work of colleagues
- Identify compliance issues and necessary training
- Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders
- Monitor and review Sales and Customer Support telephone calls to ensure compliance is met

Minimum Requirements:

- Grade 12
- BA in law, finance, business administration, or similar qualifications beneficial
- 2+ years in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control role within the financial service’s outbound sales space

- Skills Requirements:

- Strong mathematics background

- Knowledge and understanding of the industry’s regulations and best practices
- Hands-on experience with a variety of reporting operations and procedures
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
