**THERAPY ON THE GO **is a Health and Wellness company that centres on Employee Health and Wellness, EAP, Ergonomics, Occupational Health Services and Primary Health Care.

We are looking for a Medical Doctor to run our operations within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct educational campaigns & workshops for health promotions to our clients & employee.
- Manage and develop our walk in clinics and Mobile Clinics
- Manage, recruit, supervise and mentor other clinical staff as needed
- Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to other health Professionals.
- Performing administrative duties and risk management.
- Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained
- Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
- Travelling to site when needed.
- Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to medical research programs.
- Management and appropriate referrals of minor injuries on duty
- Ensuring that the Clinic operate within their given budgets
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, medicine management and surgical stock control, clinic equipment maintenance/calibration requirements.
- Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping practices.
- Drafting reports, memos, letters, responses, submissions and presentations etc.

**Minimum Qualifications And Experience**

1. CV

2. Valid Drivers License

3. Bachelor's degree in medicine.

4. Current HPCSA practitioners card.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: R30 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- intravenous (IV) therapy administration: 1 year (required)
