**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Matric and/or Degree/Diploma in Logistics Management.
- Demonstrated 3 minimum of experience as a Fleet/Logistic’ Supervisor
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Working knowledge of Plant office equipment.
- Vehicle/Trucks mechanical experience (will be an added advantage).
- Health and safety management.
- Vehicle telematics (tracking).
- Process Orientated.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist in meeting the objectives set in the budget process. Maximum Utilization of Vehicles, driving times, routes, fuel, overnight locations etc.
- Inform your immediate manager of any drivers with excessive fuel consumption with regards to excessive speeds, excessive idling and required training identified.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure that instructions are conveyed to meet company and customer objectives.
- Service Level Agreements are met between the business and its customers.
- Follow up and track vehicles hourly. Vehicle Movement reports and turn around reports.
- Assets and drivers comply with all statutory and legal requirements.
- Handle traffic fines license disc renewals.
- Handle maintenance and repairs and schedule vehicles for service.
- Assist with Accident / Incident investigation and compiling of all documentation.
- Monitor and manage inhouse diesel - including level monitoring and placing orders.
- Ensuring that all vehicles, equipment / machinery is serviced within the allowed service intervals.
- Maintaining of a high level of discipline, within the operations.
- To do vehicle inspections and report any defects to immediate supervisor / manager.
- Administrative duties and Document control including service books, driver licenses and PRDP’s.
- Capturing of data and solving of queries.
- Following up of Drive-Cam as well as Tracking reports.
- Submission of daily reports and feedback.
- Ensure health and safety legislation and contractual obligations are adhered to.
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for plant operations and maintenance.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures.
- Compiling and preparing daily plant operational data, managing the daily logbook, measurement and reporting of results.
- Must be willing to work Long hours and on Weekend if and when required.

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
