Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the role

Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily overall sales report for the business and distribute to the relevant parties
- Generate daily overall sales pipeline report and distribute to the relevant parties
- Generate weekly overall sales report for the business
- Prepare weekly sales pack and collate contributions from all departments
- Prepare monthly sales report on channels and campaigns
- Additional adhoc reporting will be required depending on the business needs
- Sales analysis on customers, products and payment options; value and volume analysis; channel operations analysis (call centres, retail, e-commerce and direct sales agents)
- Incentive analysis on campaigns and recommendations for future campaigns

Sales Planning
- Collate the inputs of all campaigns rolled up in a weekly/monthly/quarterly view
- Review and document changes to the Sales Plan
- Check and review sales channel targets
- Assist with creation of additional checks and balances in the monthly sales planning process
- Assist with Sales Plan presentations to stakeholders
- Distribute monthly sales plan to stakeholders

Costs
- Assist with month end for marketing and sales costs - check trial balances, accruals and follow-up procurement.
- Update overall marketing and sales costs with every issue of Sales Plan
- Update monthly actuals and generate variance reporting for review
- Assist with maintenance and improvements on cost templates for each campaign and channel
- Produce adhoc cost analysis when required

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Degree OR at least 7 years experience working in reporting and analysis or MIS environment in a multi-channel retail organization or contact center environment
- Previous experience in direct marketing is advantageous
- Previous experience in planning or demand planning is an advantage
- Highly numerate
- Able to work with a variety of people
- Able to communicate effectively
- Results orientated individual
- Advance Excel skills required - building reports with pivot tables and macro’s
- Vena Planning tool knowledge
- SQL skills are an added advantage
