FLEET ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES (20%)
- Monthly Fuel, Insurance and Wesbank Recons for Fleet
- Monthly Checklists Report on faults from vehicles
- Monthly uploading of vehicle inspections on SharePoint
- Monthly claim reports to be sent to our HSSE department
- Monthly utilization reports to be sent to HSSE on the 1st.
- PRs for Fleet to be completed accurately
- Vehicle Policies to be signed by all new employees
- Daily incident reports when required

FLEET INSURANCE CLAIMS (20%)
- Ensure that all claims follow the correct procedures
- You will be required to ascertain the type of claim:

- Glass Claim
- Theft or loss of accessories
- Motor Accident Claim
- Updating of vehicle register
- All accident case numbers must be logged within a 24hr timeframe.

MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS (40%)
- Quotes for vehicles Nationally
- Assist with service bookings upon Facilities Manager’s instructions
- Daily report and action of any repairs or maintenance required on vehicles as posted on the WhatsApp groups
- Daily vehicle inspections when assigning
- Weekly viewing of Driver Licence expiry date

OFFICE ADMIN BACK UP (5%)
- Requesting of quotes per request for existing vendors
- Arranging for the courier to various regions from Centurion
- General office assistance including distribution of PPE.
- Responsible for the following reconciliations and management for your regions:

- Office Refreshments - Issuing
- Stationery - Issuing
- Tablet and Cell phone - Issuing and inspections throughout the month

COMPETENECIES / SKILLS REQUIRED (10%)
- Computer Literate in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Tom Tom
- Administrative and communication skills
- Systematic and methodical thinking
- Team Player
- Effective Communication with Line Managers, supervisors, internal and external clients
- Reporting Skills
- Problem solving

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
