The purpose of an** RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Systems Analyst** role is to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions across the organisation.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and automate business processes using RPA tools and frameworks.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate processes and optimize operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Conduct process assessments, gather requirements, and provide recommendations for automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Support and troubleshoot and debug RPA bots to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Maintain documentation for RPA / automation processes, including process flows, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Stay up to date with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA development methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in an IT role automating business processes using RPA technology.
**Knowledge and Skill**
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and logic.
- Familiarity with at least one RPA tool (e.g., Automation Anywhere advantageous) is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
- Prior experience or coursework related to process automation or workflow automation is a plus.
- Ability to manage projects in an agile project management environment.
