Tactical Guarding BEE Level 2 company looking for a Reaction Manager to join the guarding division

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- PSIRA Registered - Min Grade B- An Advantage
- Minimum 5 Years management experience
- Working experience as a Reaction Manager
- Valid Driver’s License - (Must be 5 Years in Possession)
- Grade 12
- Proven track record

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**CERTIFICATES**:
PSIRA (Grade B) - An advantaage

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- RSA Citizen
- Clear criminal record
- PC Literate - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Well presented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak)
- Able to handle pressure
- At least 5 years management experience essential
- Strong client liaison and relationship building skills
- Flexible working hours
- Management of discipline
- Be able to work accurately
- Risk Assessment skills an advantage
- Business Firearm Competency
