**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients of all ages, including haircuts, color treatments, styling, and extensions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative and customized solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and personalized consultations.
- Train and mentor junior stylists to help them develop their skills and contribute to the growth of the salon.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhere to salon policies and procedures, and follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as a professional hair stylist, with expertise in various hair types, and styles.
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and building a loyal client base.
- Strong knowledge of hair care products, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hermanus, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
