- Provide hair services with skill, excellence and creativity.
- Meet sales revenue target.
- Provide a high standard of customer care and service.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, clean and neat environment.
- Implement stock control procedures.
- Attend training and implement new techniques learnt
- Attend daily staff meetings.
- Participate in a coach and mentor relationship with the Head Hairdresser.
- Direct serious customer service issues to the Head Hairdresser.
- Implement marketing strategies and tactics.
- Implement selling strategies and tactics.
- Implement merchandising strategies and tactics.
- Adhereto schedules and ensure there is appropriate coverage at all times.
- Provide inputs for salon staff training needs.
- Adhere to Salon etiquette protocols and all policies.
- Provide inputs for social media engagement and implement strategies and tactics.

Pay: From R7 000,00 per month

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Post qualification: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- East London, Eastern Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- East London, Eastern Cape: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
