Provide reception services to employees at the Group’s business hub.
- Engage with customers and ensure excellent Customer service in all interactions.
- Completely represent the brand, our mission and values for all clients
- Manage the calendars for the business hub and performs other administrative duties.
- Guide employees and visitors in the meeting rooms on evacuation to assembly points.
- Assist with queries of online bookings of Wellness centre rooms by the Wellness Practitioner.
- Ensure the consulting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times by arranging with cleaners.
- Assist service providers with any requests pertaining the bookings and manage the execution of the request.
- Process purchase orders and invoices as required for Service Administration
- Handle complaints courteously, receptively, and promptly by informing the department head of all complaints.
- Grade 12
- 2 - 3 Years’ relevant experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
- Basic level of proficiency relating to the MS Office Suite
