**The Stores Manager is responsible for the top stores as a storeman and as a manager.**
- Ordering the supply of consumable stock
- min/max quantities.
- Responsible for purchase requisition documents and generating shipping list used by store-man to ship stock-on-hand from LVS store to Project store.
- Responsible for flow of purchasing documents from engineering, store, procurement, and finance.
- Loading of new items in stock control system for, take on and ordering of items.
- Identify surplus and obsolete stock.
- Make sure that all items have a allocated space, for easy finding of item.
- Receiving and verifying goods delivered by suppliers against original purchase orders.
- Report damaged or short supplied goods to the supplier/buyer immediately.
- Capture goods received notes (Delivery notes).
- Allocate goods received to project locations.
- Follow up on materials needed for projects with buyers and engineering.
- Manage stock returns on projects.
- Issue delivery notes for items leaving the factory.
- Manage and maintain the tool register.
- Operate the crane and forklift.
- Arrange and manage bi-annual stock take.
- Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for store staff.
- Setup layout and space management.
- Manage stock control: the self -assured receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading and transferring document recording and data entry into system.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling of Stores.
- Managing Procurement Officer.
- Managing crafting/packaging and transportation orders with engineers on projects.
- Any other tasks may be provided by management from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management

**Experience**:

- 5 years

**Training**:

- Administration
- ISO9001
- Inventory Management
- Stock Management Systems
- Forklift License

**Knowledge**
- MS OFFICE
- Switchgear Suppliers
- Procurement Procedures
- Store Management
- Stock Management Systems

**Working Hours**:

- Monday
- Thursday: 7:30 - 17:00
- Friday: 7:30 - 15:00

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
