Storeroom Attendant

Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Storeroom Attendant to join their team. If you have a strong background in efficient storeroom management and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you This critical role involves overseeing, and maintenance of our storeroom, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the success of this global company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming stock into the storeroom.
- Transfer stock to production for order fulfilment.
- Notify Accounts Payable (Purchasing) of inventory levels to meet production needs.
- Pick and label items for storage and transfer within production procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean storeroom environment.
- Assist with stock-taking activities as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Meticulous and knowledgeable individual with a strong understanding of stock control processes.
- Proactive approach to ensure stock availability, including knowledge of lead times and other controls.
- Ideally, experience with SysPro software would be advantageous.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a storeroom or inventory management role.
- Familiarity with stock control processes and procedures.
- Ability to work meticulously and maintain accurate records.
- Proactive approach to stock availability and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
- Knowledge of SysPro software (advantageous).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
