**Ensure that operational activities are conducted according to Company and the Client’s standards and procedures.**
- Responsible for fitments of vehicles provided by the Client
- Ensure that there are sufficient resources to properly provide required services and that these resources are utilised optimally.
- Monitor and report on any deviations within the operation.
- Ensure that fitment requirements are monitored and done in allocated given time
- Check all fitments are done in line with client and company requirements.
- Support fitment team in absence of team members.
- Ensure that all daily documentation is completed correctly and accurately and submitted to the relevant role-players timeously.
- Conduct regular tool audits to ensure tools are in good working condition and accounted for
- Responsible for consult machine and using the machine on vehicles
**Ensure that the Team adheres to the safety, health, environmental and quality standards of the Company.**:
- Ensure that the correct processes and standard operating procedures are implemented and followed.
- Promote a quality focus with the objective of continual improvement.
- Ensure adherence to SHEQ Procedures & Standards and aid in creating and monitoring SHEQ awareness
- Ensure staff wears the appropriate PPE at all times. Conduct daily uniform inspections, keeping record of inspections.
- Ensure that all vehicles are fitted according to the client’s and Company Quality Standards.
**Housekeeping and Additional Duties**
- Monitor and control the housekeeping.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that it is in good working order.
- Ensure all the Company equipment and tools are returned to the office and securely locked away daily
- Demonstrate responsibility when using the company equipment and tools.
- Perform any other lawful instructions within the Company’s scope of work as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Code B (08) driver’s license with no endorsement.
- Grade 12 with English fluency (written and spoken).
- Relevant Technical qualification (certified mechanic - red seal/ certified trade tested)
- Knowledge of Automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts)
- Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, services and general repairs.
- Organisational, customer service, communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
