- Knowledgeable about meat, different cuts, and food hygiene
- Customer service skills
- Stock control and stock orders
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cutting and preparing of meat
- Assisting clients in-store and over the phone
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality and hygiene
- Negotiate with representatives from supply companies to determine order details
- Record quantity of meat received and keep records of meat sales
- Order Stock
Experience: 3 years
**Salary**: Negotiable
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
