Coffee & Juice Shop Manager

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, beverages
- Preparing and serving fresh juice and green juices
- Preparing and making light food/breakfast, burgers and chips
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
- Servicing customers and taking orders
- Ordering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies
- Receiving and processing customer payments
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment
**Requirements**:
Must have at least 2years experience in Restaurant business
Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Must be creatives in making cocktails
Must be able to work alone and in a team
Must be able to make coffee & tea
Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
**Salary**: R3,500.00 - R5,000.00 per month
