**POSITION AVAILABLE: MARKETING SPECIALIST**

An established and reputable firm in Hermanus, Western Cape, seeks a highly qualified and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing and investment attraction strategies and campaigns for clients;
- Understand economic context and business landscape of clients and projects;
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm's products and services;
- Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, advertisements, and project proposals;
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends;
- Manage and grow the firm's online presence through strategic social media marketing;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- _Minimum_ of a relevant degree is a strict requirement (non negotiable);
- Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
- Proven experience and expertise in the following areas:

- _Marketing_
- _Business/Commerce/Finance/Economics_
- _Research_
- _Copywriting_
- _Public Relations_
- _Social Media Marketing_
- Exceptional marketing skills and proficiency in business writing and compiling business proposals;
- Proficiency in using relevant marketing tools and software.
