We looking for a **Aftersales Consultant M/F **based **:South Africa**
**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
**To strive in providing customers with a professional service experience. Whilst ensuring adequate communication between customers, parts, and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals.**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- ** Senior Certificate (Grade 12)**:
- ** Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Aftersales consultant with proof of good VOC / CSI scores**:
- ** Clean criminal record**:
- ** Good verbal and written communication skills in English.**:
- ** Ideally reside in Nelson Mandela Bay or surrounds.**

- ** Motor dealership industry (technical experience)**:

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Prepare for the arrival of the customer.**:
- ** Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival**:
- ** Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system.**:
- ** Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems.**:
- ** Liaise with customers.**:
- ** Ensure accurate invoice payments.**:
- ** Vehicle hand over**:
- ** Customer follow - up and reminders (if not done by capacity planner)**:
- ** Attend weekly service meetings.**:
- ** Bookings**:
- ** Teleservice cases**:
- ** Recall campaigns**:
- ** Admin reports**:
- ** Phoning for authorities**:
- ** Job card preparation**:
- ** Any ad hoc admin/ other responsibilities as and when required
