**Shipping Controller - Costing**

Job functions - Shipping Controller Costings

Process and ensure accurate import landed costs

**Daily Job Requirements**

1.Ensure that the landed cost for all import orders are accurately processed on Tradecloud within the set SLA

a.Verifying accuracy of all landed cost inputs to the negotiated Service Provider rates and Invoices, and Internal Provisions

b.Checking the Import Customs Worksheet - ensure that all import duties are calculated in-line with the correct H.S. codes

2.Reporting

a.Compare CLC to ALC accuracy

3.Miscellaneous

a.Meetings and correspondence as required

b. Assisting with audit queries

c.Costing Queries

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience in Imports Costings, logistics and International Trade Environment
- Preferrable Experience with import costing on systems such as Tradecloud, SAP, etc.
- Experience and knowledge of international supply chain and transport regulations
- Preferred knowledge and excellent understanding of Incoterms ® and H.S Codes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and organizational skills
- Computer literacy and experience in MS Excel is preferred.
