Assistant Accountant

**NON NEGOTIABLE - FMCG/Food and Beverage Manufacturing Sector.**:

- Prepare and post financial journals
- Prepare month end GL reconciliations
- Assist with the month end reporting as requires, including inputs to FCC
- Assist with and prepare site monthly packs, including the analysing of income and expense accounts for tax pack purposes.
- Update the FAR and tax asset register
- Control and manage the Capital WIP accounts
- Assist with queries, information, explanations and help as required.
- Provide insights and updates to the external and internal auditors

QUALIFICATION
- **Must have CA(SA). Non-negotiable**:

- Strong communication skills
- Business analytical skills
- Strong Finance business background
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Oracle

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R350,000.00 - R400,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Honours (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- FOOD/BEV/FMCG: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- CA(SA) Degree (required)
