**Position**: Internal Sales Representative

**Area**: Lanasia

**Reports to**: Regional Sales Manager

**Salary**: 12 000 -15 000 Neg on experience

**Purpose of the position**

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities within our clients existing customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and effectively promote our clients’ products/services to achieve sales targets. This position is in our clients Lenasia office and reports directly to the Sales Manager.

**Key Performance Areas**
- To facilitate Customer Service between Internal Customers (Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers and External Customers
- Computer Processing
- Syspro (generating /processing)
- Reports i.e Sale Projections and Reconciliations
- Overseeing all activities that relate to the servicing of customers.
- Co-ordinating deliveries, collections and all reasonable functions as delegated to you by your superiors etc.
- Stock Take, assist with counting of stock monthly.
- Liaising and reporting all quality issue from Customers.
- Liaising with internal dept. Operations/Production/Quality/Warehousing/Despatch
- Assisting in company training and induction programmes
- Providing a friendly & readily available first point of contact for Internal & External customers
- Providing timely, responsive assistance to our Agency’s network of clients.
- Entering potential new customers as the enquiry occurs, and forward to external Sales.
- Ensure all orders received are recorded accordingly.
- Scheduling and maintaining required stock levels.
- Expediting orders efficiently
- Communicating orders to planning timeously
- Conduct weekly walk abouts in the warehouse and report on and/or action inventory items.
- Engage and participate in daily production planning.
- Visit customers from time to time.
- Managing the back-order list.
- Plan, Schedule and arrange relevant documentation for despatch before the stipulated cut-off time.
- Be available after hours for remote support when necessary.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
