**Full Job Description**

We are growing our Cleaning Services and require skilled and competent Cleaners to join Greatlinking Management Services.

**Job Specification**:

- Clean and supply designated facility areas
- Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc
- Perform and track routine inspection.
- Perform and track maintenance activities
- Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions
- Make adjustments and perform minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Job Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Experience in cleaning industry essential.
- At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role (please provide contactable references).
- Staff Management and Labour Relations experience is essential.
- Experience working with a Hygiene Quality Management System is advantageous.
- Good command of the English Language.
- High-Quality administrative skills required.

- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.
- High work standards, energetic and driven.
- Excellent communication skills (English Command).
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
- Attention to detail.

- Qualifications or certification in OHS / First Aid / any other cleaning-centric qualifications

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Siyabuswa, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)
