Diploma or certificate in building science or equivalent
- Proven people management skills including management of subcontractors
- Possess the knowledge of planning and controlling the costs associated with the project, and work closely with the Site Agent and Contracts Manager
- Quality control management
- Project programming
- Ability to read and review designs, drawings and plans
- Practical hands on approach
- Comfortable in the use of the Microsoft Suite of products, and (other Project Management software) will be advantageous
- 5-10 years of experience required in multi storey top structure units and general building construction.
**Salary**: From R25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Germany, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
