Our client in the Fintech industry is looking for an IT Support Generalist and Integration Specialist based onsite at their Stellenbosch office.

Role responsibilities: *Supporting and monitoring of the Biller Integrations *Participating in various IT integration functions *Weekend IT Support work (on a roster rotation basis) *Ad Hoc report generation using SQL *Monitoring of transaction irregularities in the value chain *Risk & issue management *Participating in continuous improvement processes *and any other relevant duties related to the role.

**Essential requirements**:

- Tertiary IT qualification;
- Approximately 3 years' experience in a similar role, including experience in SQL, IT Systems monitoring, MS Office suite (specifically MS Excel), and customer support;
- Experience in MS Access and the Financial Services industry with focus on the payments industry will be advantageous;
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written);
- Own reliable transport;
- Stable internet connection required, fibre connection advantageous [to handle queries remotely from home during after hours support].
