Returns/credit Note Clerk

**VACANCY**

A vacancy exists for a **Returns / Credit Note Clerk **for the Lounge Division of Bravo Brands based in Isithebe.

**Qualifications required.**
- Matric or equivalent
- Computer Knowledge
- Basic administrative skills

**Experience required.**
- 1 year Manufacturing & Admin environment.
- Syspro

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitors all stock returns.
- Sells stock returns to second dealers.
- Takes photo’s of damages and categorizes them, creating awareness in the business, of their main causes.
- Handles all credit notes.
- Charges transporters for damages.
- Ensures that the returns section is kept to 5S standards.
- Supervises a small repair team
- Complete various adhoc tasks.

- Good communication skills
- Must be accurate and pay attention to details
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask and work well under pressure.

**Other Requirements**:

- Required to work overtime on an ad-hoc basis.
