Company description
The South African company supports a number of businesses in the UK.
You could be working with one of the best business coaches in the world, with a leading law firm, a tech company or a real estate company. Each has its own needs though each will prepare world class sales scripts.
The role:
The role is split into both B2B and B2C sales.
50% of your time will be spent making calls to business owners and clients with a great offer to get your diary full of sales meetings.
You will conduct the discovery call (30-45 minute call where we get them excited about the possibilities in their business).
We will teach you how to coach the leads to a decision.
You will then schedule a face to face demo for the BDM to attend and work closely with the BDM to close the business and to maintain the relationship.
The other 50% of the role will be spent converting warm leads from our partner Estate Agents to take instructions for the legal work of moving home.
A sales script will be provided and you will be responsible for maintaining our excellent conversion rate of those leads, as well as building relationships with our Estate Agency partners.

1) A strong understanding of what it takes to convert suspects into prospects and prospects into clients
2) Have the focus and drive to ensure detailed sales processes are followed consistently
3) Direct sales experience is essentialas is the ability to communicate and adapt in sales situations.
4) Great communicator, with good presentation and people skills, with a huge desire to succeed.
5) Able to handle objections with ease and control
6) Influence and develop the growth, conversation ratios and results

Employee Details:
You will receive ongoing support from experienced members of the industry.
Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 10.45am-7.45pm.
This role will be in Strand or remote, although occasional team meetings will be planned.
A full training and on-going development plan will be put in place. You will be exposed to the workings of the industry, and external training sources in order to grow both the role, and yourself.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: R15 500,00 - R21 000,00 per month
