- Job Overview An Executive PA to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s executive team. - Minimum Requirements
- At least 8 years senior secretarial experience
- Work experience as an Executive PA to Managing Directors or CEO’s
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Supervision of sub-ordinate staff
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- B.Comm or completed Secretarial diploma- Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of receptionist and cleaner- Take minutes during meetings
