Position: Restaurant Reservationist

Location: Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage restaurant reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize reservation systems to coordinate bookings and optimize seating arrangements.
- Provide information about the restaurant's offerings, menu, and special promotions.
- Assist in welcoming and seating guests when required.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a reservations role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with reservation systems.
- Ability to warmly welcome and assist guests as needed.
- Flexibility to work within a dynamic environment.

Salary Range: R8000 - R10,000 per month
