**Be part of an innovative and strategic business within our HR Talent division at TFG, a leading fashion & lifestyle retailer in Africa The Foschini Group (TFG) is looking to hire a Planning Trainer to join our Talent Development training team on a variety of existing systems, process and technologies.**

**Responsibilities**
- Delivery of face to face supported by online learning solutions
- Liaising with Subject Matter Experts and Key Stakeholders
- Developing and managing training and communication plans
- Ensuring that learning needs and outcomes have been met
- Managing the evaluation and assessment process
- Evaluating skills transfer (post implementation)
- Maintaining monthly and annual reports / updates
- Providing input into the Change Management Strategy

**Requirements**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification
- 5 years + Merchant planning experience
- Experience in TFG planning systems is beneficial / preferable
