**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and review of contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conduct title searches, property searches, and due diligence investigations.
- Prepare settlement statements, financial documents, and transfer forms.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions.
- Provide administrative support to conveyancing solicitors and other team members as needed.
- Stay updated on changes to conveyancing laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal in a law firm or conveyancing practice.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.
- Diploma or certificate in conveyancing or paralegal studies preferred.
