**About the Role**:
**Requirements**:
Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Marketing / or Qualified Internship.
At least 2 years campaign management/assistant experience.
Understanding financial services and or Business Funding for SMEs advantageous.
Willing to take direction and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative.
Ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines.
Hands-on, self-starter, creative, and hard-working.
Analytical, and able to use data to make decisions.
Clear communicator and team player.
Good presentation skills.
Confident, and a proven ability to build productive relationships quickly.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain and update marketing materials.
Provide creative direction based on Partner CI.
Work closely with internal stakeholders like MarTech, Brand and Analytics.
Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets, with a clear focus on incremental sales and improving campaign performance.
Understand the expectations of the assigned partners to ensure fast, efficient, and cost-effective services are delivered to meet those expectations.
Assist with marketing strategy and planning where necessary.
Book campaigns into Asana and check against the marketing calendar.
Compile post campaign analysis where necessary.
