Customer Analyst

Our leading client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Customer Analyst for a 6-month contract to provide analytical support to sales and marketing executive.

Work with large customer related and sales performance data sets and deliver insights relating to trends, patterns, intelligence etc Create dashboards on Power BI and pivot tables, graphs and formulas (macros an advantage).

This role is suitable for someone who is analytical, good at probleming solving and can monitor customer issues for patterns/trends that will uncover order fulfillment/distribution weaknesses and facilitate process improvements.

Deliver exceptional customer experience

Track and document support questions and answers
- Degree with advanced maths
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Exposure to Power BI
- Advanced Excel
- Must be available immediately
- Experience using sales software and customer data tools (Oracle, Nielsen, IRI & SAP)

**Job Type**: Permanent
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
