Data Capturer

**Summary**

We are looking for a skilled Data Capturer to support the project through direct service at facility level who will carry out data-related admin work, capture C3’s, generate fault reports, and compile monthly statistics.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collate and organise data into relevant data tools, systems as required by the project.
- Ensure all C3 folders are update daily on the system
- Assist the Project Manager to manage monthly data reports
- Implement and be part of Data Quality Improvement Projects
- Assist the Project Manager to collate and analyse monthly data reports
- Assist with submission dispatch weekly
- Data cleaning (interrogations)
- Safe storage of monthly backups, dispatches, and Monthly reports

**Skills**
- Data capturing competency through experience or training
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fast and accurate data capturing skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be able to work in a team as well as independently

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualifications an added advantage
- Speak / read and write English and/or other local language an advantage

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R5 000,00 - R6 000,00 per month

- Data entry: 1 year (required)
