Fruit packer and Exporter looking for a logistics Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Matric with relevant tertiary qualification
- Background in the citrus and/or logistics/packing industry, with 2 - 4 years’ stock control experience.
- Administrative background
- Must be willing to work unusual and long hours, unique to the packing industry of citrus / table grapes

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the information regarding Bins, spread sheets, stock reports and stock is well managed, and that the balance between them is accurate, reliable and practically useful.
- Minimize any errors regarding HO intake report and the dispatch report.
- Ensure pack out reports are sent out within the deadline.
- Oversee all label control management.
- Ensure that the Dispatch/Waste reports & the Paltrack
Production Report highlight errors.
- Keep full record of all data captured with accuracy.
- Ensure open communication channel between dispatch trucks and logistic department.
