- Ability to work in a young organization that is developing continuously & therefore currently in nature less structured (aiming towards getting more structured)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience and proficiency in Xero Accounting advantageous

**Responsibilities would be but not limited to**:
- Creating monthly management accounts-
- Creating commission calculators-
- Financial planning - creating and managing budgets and forecasts-
- Creating and managing costing models-
- Creating payroll each month-
- Preparing and driving VAT 201 report-
- Sars submissions-
- Analytics & tracking based on management accounts, financial reports & data to guide the business-
- Setting up various financial reports as needed-
- Various ad hoc financial reporting/analytical projectsRequirements for the role: A CIMA graduate looking to do an internship He/She must be interested in business, and in actively supporting a young marketing agency evolve towards a technology business. This role is for someone who likes big picture thinking, but loves getting into the details.
