Waitress - Beach Bar

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they arrive at the beach bar and provide information on available food and beverage options.
- Take food and drink orders and ensure accuracy.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and drinks and respond promptly and courteously to any requests or issues.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tables, chairs, and service areas.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling and storage.
- Work collaboratively with the beach bar team to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Upsell food and beverage options to customers.

Qualifications:.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service position is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: R24,000.00 per month
